Graduate of Thelma Yellin High School in Givatayim.
Winner of scholarships in piano studies, from the Sharett Scholarships Program – America-Israel Culture Foundation and from Keren Ronen.
Neta has been studying to play the piano since the age of 6 years old.
A student of Givatayim Conservatory since 7th grade.
An Outstanding Musician at Israel Defence Forces.
In March 2012 Neta won second place at an international Piano duo competition held at the Eden-Tamir Center in Ein-Karem, in the name of Daria Toker.
In October 2012 Neta won second place at an international solo piano competition held in Lonigo, Italy, and sponsored by the 21st Century Art Forum.
Within the same framework, Neta won first place at the piano duo competition
In December 2012 Neta won third place at "Piano Forever" competition in Ashdod.
In March 2013, Neta won third place at a competition in the name of Pnina Salzman.

In May 2017, Neta won first place at the Shterenberg competition in Givatayim Conservatory.
Since August 2014, Neta participates in the Tel-Hai International Master classes every summer.
In August 2014, Neta was chosen to play at the final concert of the Master classes, which was held at the Clairmont Hall, the Music Academy, Tel-Aviv University.
Since October 2014, participates in the national excellence project for young piano artists, at Edward Aldwell Center,Jerusalem.
In August 2015 Neta participated in the Music Fest Prugia –Italy, International Master classes.
Neta, Since 2016, is a member of the David Goldman chamber music project by the JMC.
In July-August 2017, participated in young excellent pianists course,
By the JMC and was chosen to perform in a Master Class with the JMC president Murray Perahia.
Neta also participated in Master classes with - Mrs.Tatiana Zelikman,
Peter Donohoe, Mrs. Oxana Yablonskaya, Dmitri Bashkirov,Pavlina Dokovska and more .
Played at Bach festival YMCA Jerusalem and Modiin Music festival.
Plays Recitals and lectures at Retirement homes.
In September 2014 Neta participated as a soloist in winners of "Piano Forever" concert, playing, with the Ashdod Symphony Orchestra conducted by Vag Papian.
In August 2015 Neta participated as a soloist in a concert, playing with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the University of Alicante Spain conducted by Mihnea Ignat.
In December 2015, after "Keynote" program auditions, Neta was chosen to play as a soloist in two concerts with The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra .the concerts were held in January 2016.
In June 2017 Neta participated in a Duo in three concerts with Israel Sinfonietta Beer –Sheva .
נטע קרני, תלמידת פסנתר מגיל 6 שנים. בוגרת בית הספר תלמה ילין במגמת המוסיקה-הקלאסית. בתחילה ,למדה בהוראה פרטית. המשיכה בלימודים בקונסרבטוריון גבעתיים. מילגאית קרן-שרת וקרן רונן. זוכת מקומות ראשונים בתחרויות בארץ ובחו"ל בקבוצות גיל שונות, בין היתר: זכיה במקום ראשון בנגינת דואו ובמקום שני בנגינת סולו בתחרות בינלאומית בלניגו איטליה, מטעם "פורום האומנות של המאה העשרים ואחת", זכיה במקומות ראשון ושלישי בתחרות פסנתר לתמיד באשדוד, פעמיים זוכה במקום השלישי בתחרות ע"ש פנינה זלצמן בכפ"ס, זוכה במקום הראשון בתחרות ע"ש שטרנברג בקונס. גבעתיים.
מאוגוסט 2014, משתתפת ברציפות מדי קיץ בכיתות אמן בינלאומיות תל-חי. במסגרת זו נבחרה לנגן בקונצרט הגאלה של סיום כיתות האמן באולם קלרמונט האקדמיה למוסיקה ת"א. קיבלה בשנת 2018 תעודת הצטיינות על השיגיה בקורס בנגינת סולו והרכב קאמרי.
עברה שיעורים וכיתות אמן עם מורים ופסנתרנים ידועי שם ובהם: גב. טטיאנה זליקמן, דמיטרי בשקירוב, מאריי פרחיה, פיטר דונוהו, אוקסנה יבלונסקיה, ויקטור רוזנבאום, פבלינה דוקובסקה, אלכסנדר תמיר ז"ל ועוד. משנת 2014- משתתפת בפרויקט המצוינות הארצי לאמני פסנתר צעירים מטעם מרכז אלדוול ירושלים. חברה בפרויקט הפסנתרנים הצעירים המצטיינים ובתכנית דיוויד גולדמן להרכבים קאמריים של מרכז המוסיקה משכנות שאננים י"ם. מטעמם הופיעה ברסיטלים בהתנדבות במקומות שונים. הופיעה בפסטיבל מוסיקלי "צלילי סתיו" בעיר מודיעין ובפסטיבל באך בימקא ירושלים. הופיעה בהתנדבות ובכלל זה העבירה הרצאות , בפני קהל חובב מוסיקה קלאסית בגיל השלישי ובבתי דיור מוגן בתל אביב ,במודיעין וראשל"צ בשנים האחרונות. ניגנה כסולנית עם תזמורת פילהרמונית בפסטיבל פרוג'יה באיטליה. כזוכה בתחרות "פסנתר לתמיד", ניגנה כסולנית עם התזמורת הסימפונית אשדוד בקונצרט זוכי התחרות. כן ניגנה עם הסינפונייטה הישראלית באר-שבע ובמסגרת תכנית "מפתח" ניגנה כסולנית עם התזמורת הפילהרמונית הישראלית בהיכל התרבות תל-אביב. קיבלה מעמד מוסיקאי מצטיין בצה"ל.
