vani Loushy Kay, b. 2005, plays a 1799 Lupot from Yehuda Zisapel’s collection. Ravani pursues BM at NEC, Boston,MA. with Prof. Miriam Fried on a Dean’s scholarship. Gifted Musician, diploma with High Excellency from Thelma-Yellin National Arts Highschool while accomplishing on full scholraship 2nd year BMus with Great Honor at the Buchmann-Mehta Music school, TLV-Univ. Ravani is a recipient of the AICF Exceptional Excellency grant since 2017, and excellency awards of the AICF Study Abroad, Ronen-Foundation since 2022, and the Jerusalem Music Center JMC. Ravani won 1st prize in the Israel National Strings Competition2022 ;2nd prize the Buchmann-Mehta competition2023. Ravani was nominated to TAOS School of Music 2024, is alumnus of Jerusalem Music Centre, International Huberman Program, Heifetz International Inst. on a Full String Scholarship, Genesis-Perlman program and Young-CEME. He performed with Israel Philharmonic and other orchastras; performed recitals; was the 1st violinist of Stern Quartet 2018-23, guided by Sergei Bresler (Jerusalem Quartet); concertmaster of Thelma-Yellin Symphony and Young Israel Philharmonic Orchestra (baton Lahav Shani, Yi-An Xu, and Christof Korzalsky).
My relationship to Ronen Foundation
My connection to the Ronan Foundation is with Yaffa Israeli, the continuous connection has become much more than financial support, the relationship with Yaffe became over time an accompaniment to my musical life.
