Itamar is a 23-year-old pianist living in Kiryat Ono. Itamar specializes in solo piano performance at the highest professional level, while completing his master's degree at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv. In recent years, Itamar has been invited on a full scholarship to participate in the prestigious music festival in Aspen, Colorado, where he has the opportunity to study with some of the best teachers in the U.S. and perform in many important concerts. In Israel, Itamar participates in various concerts, whether through the school, on Radio Kol HaMusika, or private performances. Additionally, Itamar has a strong interest and affection for vocal accompaniment in the fields of opera and art song.
My relationship to Ronen Foundation
My connection with Karen Ronen began when I was asked by Yaffa to volunteer and play at a hospital for children with physical disabilities. Of course, I responded positively and actually saw it as a mission and an opportunity to contribute and help others feel better through the power of music. Since then, I have had the chance to participate in other activities organized by the foundation, for which I am very grateful. The foundation helps me significantly with funding for participation in various musical activities around the world, and for that, I am very thankful.
